MAVENIR

Pardeep is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mavenir, where he is leading the transformation of network economics for 4G/5G with the evolution to 100% software networks for CSPs. He is a serial entrepreneur bringing innovation and industry leading solutions to the Wireless and Telecom market. Prior to Mavenir, Pardeep was CEO of Xura, which he joined after Xura acquired Ranzure Networks, an early stage 5G and Cloud RAN solutions company that Pardeep founded in 2016. Before leading Ranzure, Pardeep was President and CEO of Mavenir Systems, guiding the company growth through multiple rounds of venture funding and a successful IPO (NYSE: MVNR) in November 2013, as well as the acquisition by Mitel in 2015. Mavenir was the first to bring virtualization and software defined networking to mobile core networks, and the company brought significant innovation to 4G LTE networks. Prior to Mavenir Systems, Pardeep was Co-Founder, President and CEO of Spatial Wireless, which was acquired by Alcatel in 2004. Spatial Wireless was the leading vendor of wireless Softswitch, and brought significant innovation to the circuit switched mobile core. Pardeep has been quoted in major national publications including CNBC, the Economist, Forbes and Fast Company as well as wireless publications including Mobile World Live, RCR Wireless, SDX Central and Wireless Week.

Mr. de Pesquidoux is a former senior executive of Alcatel-Lucent SA, with a 21-year career until 2009. His last position was Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel-Lucent and President of its Enterprise Business Group. Mr. de Pesquidoux was also previously a member of the Alcatel Executive Committee and held various executive positions including President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel North America, Chief Executive Officer of Alcatel Canada (formerly Newbridge Networks) and Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel USA. Mr. de Pesquidoux has previously served as Chairman of the Board for Tekelec, and was on the board of Mavenir and Thales, PGi, and TNS. Mr. de Pesquidoux is currently the Executive Chairman of Mavenir and is also a member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee for Criteo SA and Sequans Communications.

Mr. Baker is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital and is a board member of all Siris portfolio companies. Mr. Baker started his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs and has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Chicago. Mr. Baker also serves as a trustee of the University of Chicago.

Mr. Berger is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital and is a board member of all Siris portfolio companies. Mr. Berger started his career at Arthur Andersen where he was global head of the Corporate Finance Group and was a Managing Director of Bear Stearns Companies. Mr. Berger was also a founding member of the private equity firm Ripplewood Holdings LLC. He has an M.B.A. from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a B.Sc. from Boston University.

Mr. Hendren is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Siris Capital and is a board member of all Siris portfolio companies. Mr. Hendren started his career at Georgia Pacific and was a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs. He has an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.Sc. from Indiana University.

Mr. Randall has spent over 25 years in the technology and computer networking industry as an entrepreneur, senior executive and venture capitalist. He was a founding partner at Vesbridge Partners and a General Partner at St. Paul Venture Capital, where he led the mobile investment practice. Previously, Mr. Randall was CMO of Lucent Technologies, and was Vice President of Marketing at Ascend. Prior to that, Mr. Randall was Vice President of Worldwide Marketing at Stratus Computer and General Manager of its SS7 business, and was Vice President of Strategic Market Development at Madge Networks, following its 1996 acquisition of Teleos Communications. Mr. Randall had co-founded Teleos in 1987 and served many roles including CTO, Vice President of Marketing and Business Development and Vice President of WAN Access Technology. He began his career at AT&T Bell Labs and holds several U.S. patents. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of Mavenir, PGi and Stratus Technologies. Mr. Randall is a member of the Board of Overseers of PBS TV producer and broadcaster WGBH. Mr. Randall was previously a member of the Board of Directors of TNS, Tekelec, Airvana, Bytemobile, Bitfone, Snowshore, Teltier Technologies, ProQuent, FusionOne, Dynamicsoft and VisageMobile.

Mr. Schell has worked in the telecom industry for over 20 years having last served as Sprint Corporation’s Senior Vice President for Strategy and Corporate development and as a member of its Management Committee from 1989-2000. Mr. Schell played a leading role in the founding of Sprint PCS, (a Sprint, TCI, Cox and Comcast partnership) for which he also provided strategic oversight on behalf of Sprint. Prior to joining Sprint, Mr. Schell was the founder, President and CEO of Realcom Communications Corporation, which was established in 1983 and acquired by IBM in 1987. Mr. Schell also founded and serves as Chairman of Enforta, Russia’s largest and fastest growing wireless broadband access company since 2003. Mr. Schell is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Mavenir, Peerless Networks, ENA and ERTelecom. He was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Airvana, Tekelec, Time Warner Telecom, Clearwire, RCN, Comverse Technology, PGi, TNS and Flag.

Mr. Ron de Lange is the former CEO of Tekelec, where he spent 8 years and also served as Executive Vice President of Global Product Solutions. Prior to joining Tekelec, he had a 24-year career at Lucent Technologies, where he held a number of leadership roles. Since 2014, Ronald has been a professional investor engaged in financing early-stage technology companies and managing other business interests. Ronald currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Radisys Corporation, high-performance software and integrated systems company focused on helping communications service providers maximize, virtualize and monetize their networks and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Mavenir. Mr. de Lange holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the DeVry Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from DePaul University. He also has completed management studies at the Wharton School of Management and Yale University.

Ms. Helgren is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Bonterra, and previously was Chief Executive Officer and Director of Social Solutions, and CEO of Calytera. She currently serves as an Independent Director and member of the Audit Committee for Skyline Champion (NYSE:SKY), and as an Advisor to the Dean’s Council at her alma mater, The University of Texas McCombs School of Business.

Mr. Weisberg is a Vice President at Siris Capital and also sits on the Board of Electronics for Imaging (EFI). Prior to joining Siris, Mr. Weisberg was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Weisberg graduated from University of Chicago where he received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor from the Booth School of Business.
